Maria is the founder of Growing Steps ABA, where she is dedicated to providing play-based, trauma-informed ABA services that are unique to each learner. She earned her degree in ABA from the University of Dayton and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2022.

With experience working with children as young as 18 months through adults aged 65 and older, Maria brings a deep understanding of the individual needs, strengths, and potential of every learner. Her passion for ABA grew even stronger when she became a mom, giving her a firsthand perspective on the challenges families face and inspiring her to create supportive, compassionate programming that truly makes a difference.

When she’s not helping families and guiding her team, Maria loves spending time with her husband and their two little ones, Gigi and Santi, who continue to inspire her every day.
